Feeling like he's gone, a sad weekend.

The hubs left April 26th for Basic, we just entered July and I literally JUST moved our 4-seater squishy table against the wall (making one chair unusable) since we are only using 3 while he's away anyhow. It was sad, but I gained a lot of foot room.

We also celebrated our first wedding anniversary yesterday. It was a lonely day, without him here, but my family tried to make up for it (I think) by inviting me out for supper, having a day outside and in the pool.

I made him/us an addition to our wedding guestbook wall décor. For our wedding we had a fish theme, and had a guestbook oar, that we then hung up in our home. Well I added a secondary oar above the first one, with a wedding picture, our married names, and our wedding date. Along the bottom of the oar(s) I added a fishing spoon to mark 1 year, and will add an additional fishing spoon for each year of marriage.
